- 500 g spare ribs (you can also use beef ribs), rinsed
- 40 poached quail eggs
- 5 sliced, ginger
- 3 roots green onion

- Sauce Grandmaster Garlic Chilli Sauce
- Sauce Grandmaster Simple Secret Soy Sauce
- Sauce Grandmaster Abalone Oyster Sauce
- Jade Bridge Dark soy sauce
- Cooking wine

Directions
In a large bowl, add in the rinsed spare ribs and combine the Sauce Grandmaster Garlic Chilli Sauce, Simple Secret Soy Sauce, Abalone Juice Oyster Sauce, Jade Bridge dark soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, cooking wine.
Mix until well combined, then marinate for 20 mins.
Add a bed of ginger and green onions on the bottom of electric cooker, then add in the marinated spare ribs. Then add in the quail eggs and spare the rest of marinade. Lastly, pour enough water to cover the ribs.
Use rice-cooking mode to cook until the beef is tender, about 1 hour.
Garnish with sliced green onions. Finished!
