- 9g light soy sauce
- 3 tbsp sesame oil

- 100 g breadcrumbs

- 200 g starch

Make a 8-inches bread:
- Beat add in 375g strong flour, 60g sugar, 3g salt, 6g yeast, 15g milk powder, 2 eggs,125g milk in an electric mixer on low speed until ingredients are thoroughly combined, then switch to high speed for 3 minutes. Add in 45g butter and beat on low speed until the butter melts into the flour. Beat on high speed for another 4 minutes.
- Take out the dough and knead it into a ball. Fold it over and over again to make a smooth round shape. Cover the dough in a greased bowl andwake it up at room temperature to for about 1 hour.
- Remove the dough, exhaust,keep rolling and kneading until smooth and place it in a ovenware with greased paper. Put it in a fermenting box at 32 degree to wake up for 40 minutes. Repeat this step
- Brush the doughwith egg liquid, sprinkle with white sesame seeds, bake at 150 degrees for 20 minutes, when the surface turn brown, cover with foil and switch to 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
Make hamburg meat
- In a large bowl, add in 500g brisket, 125g rump, 250g sirloin, 350g chopped onion,
6g ground black pepper, 9g light soy sauce, stir well and press into meat pie. - Heatthe sesame oil in a pan, fried meat pie for 3 minutes on each side, then take it out and put it in the oven for 10 minutes at 180 degrees, simmer for another 3 minutes.
Fried Pork Chop
- Cut the pork loin into half-finger thickness, tap the pork with a back of the knife to destroy the fibrous tissue of the pork.
- Sprinkle 7 turns of black pepper salt, 1/2 tsp cooking wine, 1 egg, mix well andmarinade for 20
- Dip pork loin with starch, pulpeggs and breadcrumbs, then deep-fry in the 160 -degree oil until golden brown on both sides.
Fried Steak
- Preheat the panover medium-high heat, add in 1 tbsp sesame oil, cook the steaks for 1 minute on each side, seal and let stand for 15 seconds then cut it into small pieces.
Make Sauce
- Make Hamburg Meat Sauce: Preheat the pan over medium-high heat and add in 1 tsp sesame oil, 1/8 chopped onions, 1 clove of chopped garlic, 15g butter, stir-fry until fragrant, stir-fry with 50g ground beef until it change color, add in3 tbsp tomato sauce, 20g chopped chipotle, 60g yellow mustard, 360g cheese sauce and 200g black pepper steak sauce, stir well and remove from heat.
- Make Waterfall Cheese Sauce: Add 50g milk and 9 cheese slices in a pan over medium heat. Let it melt and add 200g of cheese sauce, stir well.
Assemble
- Cut the 8-inches bread in half, put the lettuce, hamburger patties and naked steak in turn, drizzle with Hamburg Meat Sauce, continue to put the pineapple slices, tomato slices, onion rings, arugula, pickle slices, fried pork chops and bread. Enjoy!
