- 500 g prawns, rinsed
- 6 garlic, chopped
- 3 Red pepper, chopped
- chopped green onions, for garnish
- 100 g. LONGKOU Vermicelli,
Seasoning
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 1 tsp. Sugar
- 1 tsp. Simple Secret Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp. Abalone Oyster Sauce
- Moderate amount of cooking oil

Directions
Soak the LONGKOU vermicelli in hot water for 10 minutes. Later, rinse it under cold running water and drain well.
Split the prawns and remove the vein.
In a bowl, add in the chopped garlic, chopped red pepper, Sauce Grandmaster Brand Simple Secret Soy Sauce, Abalone Oyster Sauce, salt and sugar. Mix until well combined.
Place the vermicelli on the serving plate and then place prawns on the top of it.
Fill the prawns with the sauce mixture, then steam over high heat for 10 minutes.
Remove from the pan and spread a layer of soy sauce on the prawns.
Garnish with chopped green onions, then drizzle with a bed of hot oil and serve.
