What You Will Need
Ingredients
  • 300 g onion, peeled and chopped
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 60 g of dried mushrooms
  • 1 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • 300 g dumpling wrapper
  • water
Seasoning
  • 3 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1/4 flat tsp of salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper powder

Directions

Heat the pan over medium heat, pour in 3 tbsp cooking oil, and chopped onions, stir-fry for about 10 mins. Then add in chopped mushrooms, salt and pepper powder, stir-fry for another 5 mins.

Add the dumplings into the boiling water, when you see them floating, cook for another two mins then you can turn off the heat! Remove the dumplings and enjoy!
