Directions
Heat the pan over medium heat, pour in 3 tbsp cooking oil, and chopped onions, stir-fry for about 10 mins. Then add in chopped mushrooms, salt and pepper powder, stir-fry for another 5 mins.
Remove from the pan, place in the bowl and set aside. After cooling, add in a raw egg yolk and breadcrumbs. Mix them until well combined.
Make dumplings: Place the stuffing in the center of the dumpling wrapper, then fold the ears in half and glue the sides together with water.
Add the dumplings into the boiling water, when you see them floating, cook for another two mins then you can turn off the heat! Remove the dumplings and enjoy!
