- 1 Pineapple
- 2 eggs,beaten
- 2 cups green pea(300 g), blanch
- 2 cups carrot, diced and blanch
- 200 g Shrimp
- 2 bowl of rice, cooked
- 2 spring onions, finely chopped
Seasoning
- Sauce Grandmaster Soy sauce
- 6 tbsp cooking oil

Directions
Prepare a pineapple bowl: cut the pineapple in half lengthways, scoop out the pineapple cubes with a spoon, remove the core and set it aside.
Heat the wok with 2 tbsp cooking oil over medium heat. Add in beaten eggs, fry until cooked then remove and set aside. Continue to add in the prawns, sear until done then remove.
Heat the wok over high heat, pour in 4 tbsp cooking oil then add in rice , green peas, carrots and shrimp, toss to mix.
Add in Sauce Grandmaster Pure Fresh Secret soy sauce, stir-fry with rice evenly.
Add in the pineapple, stir-fry evenly with rice.
Serve in the pineapple bowl and enjoy!
