What You Will Need
Ingredients
- 1 bunch of Cilantro, chopped and remove stems
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp Light brown sugar
- 75ml Sugar-free greek yogurt
- Juice of 1 lime
Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp Cumin
- 1 tbsp Weijixian Soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 Lime, zest
1 Lime, Juicing

Directions
- Take outa thick-cut steak (250 g), dry the surface with kitchen paper towels and set aside.
- Next, in a big bowl, add in following seasonings:
1 bunch of Cilantro, chopped and remove stems, 2 cloves Garlic, minced, 1/2 tbsp Cumin, 1 tbsp Weijixian Soy sauce, 1/2 tsp Light brown sugar, 1/4 tsp Salt, 1/2 tsp Black pepper, 1 tbsp Olive oil, 1 Lime, zest, 1 Lime, Juicing
- Put the steak in the bowl, rub the seasoning into the steak evenly and then marinate in the fridge forat least 4 hours or overnight.
- Puree following ingredientsin a blender and then set aside:
1 Avocado, remove the pulp, 75ml Sugar-free greek yogurt, 1 bunch of Cilantro, chopped and remove stems, A clove of garlic, Juice of1 lime, 2 tbsp Milk, ½ tsp Salt, ½ tsp Black pepper
- Sear the thick sliced red onion and bell pepperuntil fragrant. Season with salt & pepper.
- Ingredients:
1 Onion, diced, 1 bell pepper, Diced, 1 bunch of Cilantro, chopped and remove stems, ½ tsp Salt, 1 Lime, Juicing, 1 tbsp Olive oil, 1 tsp Tabasco
Heat the steak machine and sear the steakat 55 degrees for about 3 mins. Remove from the machine to stand for 5 mins and cut into cubes.
Clean the pan andheat the tortillas.
Spread the avocado cream on tortilla, put salsa and thediced steak on it, garnish with cilantro. Enjoyed!
