  • 1 bunch of Cilantro, chopped and remove stems
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp Light brown sugar
  • 75ml Sugar-free greek yogurt
  • Juice of 1 lime
Seasoning
  • 1/2 tbsp Cumin
  • 1 tbsp Weijixian Soy sauce
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 Lime, zest
  • 1 Lime, Juicing

Directions

  • Take outa thick-cut steak (250 g), dry the surface with kitchen paper towels and set aside.
  • Next, in a big bowl, add in following seasonings:

1 bunch of Cilantro, chopped and remove stems, 2 cloves Garlic, minced, 1/2 tbsp Cumin, 1 tbsp Weijixian Soy sauce, 1/2 tsp Light brown sugar, 1/4 tsp Salt, 1/2 tsp Black pepper, 1 tbsp Olive oil, 1 Lime, zest, 1 Lime, Juicing

  • Put the steak in the bowl, rub the seasoning into the steak evenly and then marinate in the fridge forat least 4 hours or overnight.
