Directions
Remove the peel of salmon and cut into 2 cm thick cubes. Marinate with salt, pepper and olive oil for 10 minutes.
Place a piece of tin foil on the table and brush a bed of olive oil on it. Put garlic slices, thyme on the tinfoil, and put salmon, lemon slices, tomato on them in turn.
After that, spread salt, pepper for seasoning then add in thyme and wrap the tinfoil. Note: Tighten the joint and both ends of tinfoil.
Bake at 200 degrees for 15 mins! Later, open the tinfoil and put a piece of butter and chopped parsley on salmon, bake in the oven at 200 degrees for another 5 minutes.
