What You Will Need
Ingredients
- 1 whole duck (approx 2 kg)
- Old Ginger, rinsed and sliced
Seasoning
- 3 tsp Simple Secret Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp Gluten Free Dark Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Brown sugar
- 500 g Rice wine

Directions
Chop the duck into small pieces
Heat the pot over low heat, add in sesame oil and ginger slices, stir-fry until lightly browned.
Add in the duck , dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, brown sugar and rice wine, then stir-fry evenly.
Cover the pot and turn to medium-small heat to simmer for 1 hour.
Finally, add in 1 tsp salt and stir well, turn to medium heat until the sauce turns thick. Enjoy!
