  • 4 bok abalones
  • 3 bok octopus
  • 0.55 lb. clams
  • 0.66 lb. shrimps cut off the beard
  • 0.22 pounds of vermicelli (mainly covered with baking pan), soaked in warm water
  • 0.5 lb enoki mushroom (same role as vermicelli), cut off the root
  • 2 ea. garlic, minced
  • 2 roots. scallion
  • small pepper(appropriate amount),cut circle
  • half of ginger
Seasoning
  • 2 tsp. Simple Secrets Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Abalone Juice Oyster Sauce
  • 3 tsp. Chinese rice wine (or white wine)
  • 2 tsp. white pepper powder
  • 1 tsp. chili powder

Directions

Put the processed shrimp in a large bowl, add onion, ginger and garlic, two kinds of sauces, small peppers, wine (to deodorize), soak in the refrigerator to keep fresh.

Boil a pot of water, add ginger, shallots and wine. Bring the clams to a boil and remove.

Line a baking sheet with foil and brush with oil.

Put in vermicelli, enoki mushrooms, and seafood in sequence (arrange freely)

Pour evenly in “5” prepared sauce.

Put in the oven, 200 degrees up and down, 20 minutes.
Take out and sprinkle with green onions, perfect
