Ingredients
- 3 large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 1 cup dry quinoa
- 1 cup dry quinoa
- 1 avocado
- 1 cucumber
- 6 cherry tomato
- 1 bowl of mixed salad greens
Seasoning
- 2 tsp light soy sauce
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Sesame, garnished
- Black pepper, crushed

Directions
Make a vinaigrette: In a bowl, add in light soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, sesame, crushed black pepper, salt.
Cook quinoa for 15 minutes then drain and set aside.
Wash and cut avocados, cucumbers and cherry tomatoes.
Season the shrimp with black pepper and salt then fried.
Turn off the heat after boiled the eggs for 3 minutes, braise for another 3 minutes, then rinse with cold water and cut in half.
Assemble above ingredients, drizzle with vinaigrette, lastly, sprinkling the vinaigrette.
