- 5 slice, ginger
- 3 roots green onion, cut into sections
- 6 halved garlic
- White sesame seed, for garnish
- 700 g Pork Denver, rinsed
- Cooking oil, for greasing
Seasoning
- 1 tsp. Sauce Grandmaster Simple Secret Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp. Sauce Grandmaster Abalone Oyster Sauce
- 1 tsp. Jade Bridge Brand Dark soy sauce
- 1 tsp. Cooking wine
- 1 tsp. Char Siu sauce
- 1 tsp. Honey
- 1 tsp. Salt

Directions
In a large bowl, combine the Sauce Grandmaster Simple Secret Soy Sauce, Abalone Juice Oyster Sauce, Jade Bridge Brand Dark Soy Sauce, green onion, cooking wine, Char Siu sauce, honey and salt. Mix well and marinate for 3 hours.
Add in one bed of cooking oil on the bottom of electric cooker, then add in green onion, ginger, garlic and Pork. Finally, pour in the rest of marinade.
Use rice-cooking mode to cook 1 hour.
Remove and carve the pork. Garnish with white sesame seed. Finished!
What is “char siu”? Where can I buy it?
Char Siew is a traditional famous dish in Guangdong Province. Mostly red, made of lean meat, slightly sweet. It is to hang the marinated lean pork on a special fork and grill it in the oven. A good char siu should be tender, juicy, bright in color and full of flavor.
