- 1 pound chicken breast
- 1 onions
- 1 tomatoes
- 1 cup cilantro
- 1 avocado
- 1 lemon
- 1 cup corn niblet
- 1 cup red kidney bean
- 3 jalapenos, sliced

- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp dried oregano shredded
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp sea salt

Directions
Make chicken marinade: In a big bowl, add in Sriracha Hot Chilli Sauce, chili powder, cumin powder, Dried oregano shredded, black pepper and sea salt.
Mix chicken breast with chicken marinade well and marinate overnight in refrigerator
Heat the pan with peanut oil over medium heat, fry the chicken breast and cut it into small pieces.
Dice Onions, tomatoes, cilantro and avocado, add in lemon juice, sea salt and black pepper, mix them well.
Assemble all the prepared ingredients, drizzle with Sriracha Hot Chilli Sauce, mix them well and enjoy!
