- 1 kg Pork belly
- 250 g Pita
- 2 piece rock candy
- 1 green pepper
- 3 slices ginger
- 4 scallion

- 1 piece Cinnamon
- 3 Bay leaf
- 4 star anise
- 10 Dry chilli
- 1 tsp Sichuan peppercorns
Seasoning
- 4 Sauce Grandmaster Weijixian Soy Sauce
- 3 spoons Jade Bridge Dark Soy Sauce
- 3 spoons Jade Bridge Dark Soy Sauce
- 2 spoons vinegar
- 2 tsp Salt
- 3 tsp white sugar

Directions
Blanch pork belly with garlic, ginger and cooking wine in cold water, remove it after skim scum off the water then wipe it.
Heat the pan over low heat, add in white sugar to stir, when it become melted, add in pork belly to stir-fry for coloring.
And then add in spices, water, Sauce Grandmaster Weijixian Soy Sauce, Jade Bridge Dark Soy Sauce, cooking wine, vinegar and salt, mix well and cook for 1 hour.
Bake the pita in the toaster and cut it down in the middle. (note: do not cut too big)
Mince the cooked pork belly and green pepper. Then put them in the pita according to your preference.
