- 500 g swimming crab
- 3 cloves of garlic, chopped
- 80g ginger, sliced
- 4 scallion, chopped
- 1 whole onion
- 1 cup of Water
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp Sauce Grandmaster Weijixian Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Abalone Oyster Sauce
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- 1 tbsp Cooking wine
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper Powder
- 1 cup of cornstarch

Directions
Wash and scrub the crabs to remove dirt and mud. Then cut the crab into four pieces
In a bowl, add in the crabs and sprinkle with cornstarch evenly.
Heat the cooking oil, add in scallion, ginger, garlic to stir-fry until fragrant. Continue to add in Sauce Grandmaster Weijixian Soy Sauce, Abalone Oyster Sauce, cooking wine, water and pepper powder, stir-fry evenly, then cover with the lid and simmer for three minutes
Last, Serve with scallion sections.
