- 500 g. Shrimp
- 500 g. Clam
- 5 sliced, ginger
- 3 roots green onion
- 5 halved garlic
- 1 lb. Carrot, cut into 1 ½” cubes
- 2 tsp. Starch

4 capsicum frutescens, diced
Seasoning
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 1 tsp. Sugar
- 1 tsp. Simple Secret Soy Sauce
- Moderate amount of cooking oil
- 1tsp. Pepper powder
- 2 tsp. Cooking wine(or white wine)

Directions
Add cold water to the pan firstly, then add in green onion, ginger and cooking wine.
When the water boils, add in the clams, cook until slightly open, then remove them from pot.
Mashed the shelled shrimp.
Add in carrot cubes into mashed shrimp, Salt, Sugar, Pepper, sesame oil to the mashed shrimp and mix until combined. Then add in 2 tsp starch to mix well.
Put the stirred minced shrimp into the opened clams, then put them in the pot over high heat and steam for ten mins.
Remove from the pot, then spread a layer of Jade Bridge Light Soy Sauce on the top of the minced shrimp evenly.
Garnish with sliced green onions and diced red pepper.
Drizzle with a bed of hot oil. Finished!
