- 300g. Beef, rinsed and cut into 1inch” cubes
- 5 slices. Ginger
- 10 pcs. Dried peppers, chopped
- 10g. Garlic, sliced
5 g. Pepper, chopped
- 5 g. Pepper, chopped
- 5g. Chicken Essence
- 15 piece Scallop, rinsed
- black pepper
Seasoning
- 1 tsp. Simple Secrets Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp. bean paste

Directions
Rinsed the scallop and marinate with black pepper and salt for about 10 mins.
Add oil into a wok and fry beef over low heat until it was done.
Add oil in a another wok over medium heat. Add dried peppers, Sichuan peppercorns, ginger slices and garlic slices in the wok to stir-fry until fragrant. Then add in bean paste, chopped pepper and other spices until fragrant.
Add in fried beef, Simple Secrets Soy Sauce and chicken essence to stir-fry evenly
Fried scallop until both sides are golden. Then remove from pan
Place beef and scallop together and serve.
